Every service begins with a complimentary consultation, and guests complete a Salon Policy and Guest Information form before their first appointment. A haircut starts with a Signature Consultation, where the stylist talks through how the client cares for their hair at home, looks at reference photos and learns the look they want. A blow dry is included with a cut, and guests may ask for another stylist to work on their hair.

Color is custom-formulated for each client, whether the change is permanent or temporary, and takes about an hour. The highlighting menu covers balayage, ombre, sombre, babylights, bronde, color melting and traditional foils. Staff attend seminars on new highlighting techniques, and designers train on current techniques and fashion trends.

For weddings and special occasions, bridal clients bring their accessories and photos of two to three looks they like. The bridal trial, which runs about an hour and fifteen minutes, shows the complete look before any changes are made. Formal styling is offered for events in a relaxed setting, and makeup appointments of about 30 minutes are carried out by artists who take each client's personality into account.

Hair extensions take about three hours and use 100% natural human hair matched to the client's color. A complimentary consultation is offered before extensions are booked.

The salon treats the team as one unit and gives guests control over who works on their hair, including the option to ask for a different stylist.
