Services can take place at the bride's venue or in the studio. Each wedding party is assigned at least two stylists, and the team is dedicated to that party on the day, since no stylist is double-booked. The team also coordinates the hair and makeup schedule with photographers, videographers and wedding planners. The company says it keeps up with current beauty techniques and trends.

The team uses Temptu airbrush makeup. The company says its airbrush applications can last 18 to 24 hours without touch-ups, are sweat-proof, water resistant and suitable for humid conditions, and are hypoallergenic, paraben free and non-comedogenic, with no brushes touching the face during application. Bookings happen in steps, and a trial session does not secure the wedding date. Reserving the date requires a 50% deposit and a signed contract, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. Only the bride may make deposit and balance payments, and payments from bridesmaids are not accepted. Final guest counts are confirmed one month before the wedding, and guests may be added to a package. A package cannot be scaled down, but extra services can be reassigned to another guest or divided between two guests.
