Visits are by appointment only, and the studio asks for a valid card on file to book any appointment. A free virtual consultation can be requested through the website contact form. Arriving five to ten minutes late may shorten an appointment while the full service fee still applies. Late cancellations within 24 hours carry a $50 fee, and a no-show without notice carries a $100 fee. Chemical peels begin with a consultation, and peel strength is chosen after skin type and sensitivity are assessed.

The menu spans four groups: semi-permanent brow and lip work, eyeliner and corrective pigment removal, laser treatments such as Laser Genesis facials and hair removal, neurotoxin injectables, and skin treatments that include microneedling, chemical peels, red light therapy, and Skin Sanctuary facials built on Green Envee skincare.

Treatments are planned around each client's features and skin, with consultations used to set the plan.
