The color menu runs from a quick gloss and a shadow root service to larger blonde work. Color Melt is a shadow root and gloss service, and Gloss Refresh is a global toner. Base Retouch covers roots without bleach and can be added to any custom blonding service. Face Frame/Mini, Partial, Full and Compact step up in coverage, from the money piece and hairline to a solid blonde with soft grow-out. Each of these larger services includes a bond builder treatment, color melting or glossing, and styling. For bleach and tone maintenance, the retouch covers half an inch of new growth, and clients can leave new growth for four to six weeks between retouches.

Extension work starts with a consultation, which covers pricing, the amount and length of hair needed, color matching and ordering the hair. The full cost of extensions is paid before the installation is booked. A first installation is custom hand-tied work, and it includes installing, haircut and blending, and styling. Existing extensions can be moved up, and K-Tip installs and removals and hand-tied removals are also offered.

Consultations come before extension installs, and color matching is handled before the hair is ordered.
