The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Changes to an appointment should be sent by email or text. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a fee of half the scheduled service, and cancelling without a message is charged at the full price. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged the cancellation fee.

Bleach and toner and toner alone are also offered, with or without a haircut. Deep conditioning includes a hot towel. Hair tinsel is applied with beads or by hand, at $7 per bead or $50 for 20 strands, and lasts three to six weeks. Kids' cuts are available to existing clients only.
