The studio is open Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday from 9:30 am to 8 pm, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Booking for wicks, repairs and extensions starts with a consultation. Clients send clear photos or video showing the front, sides and back with the full length of their hair, then explain what they want done. Pricing follows from that review, and a deposit is required to hold the appointment.

Length is guided by the studio's recommendations for pre-stretched Xpression hair: 48 inch for mid back and lower back styles, 58 inch for hip or butt length, and 72 inch for knee length. Lower back, hip or butt length, and other added length are noted at booking, where a wash or extra length can also be requested for styles that include a wash and dry. For braided styles, clients supply their own hair, as the studio does not provide it.

VIP appointments are available for clients who need timing outside regular hours: before opening at 10 am, after closing at 6 pm, and on Sundays and holidays.

Deposits are $50 plus a $2.80 processing fee, and some services require a higher deposit. Deposits can be paid by Apple Pay, cash or Zelle, and the remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Reschedule requests should be made at least 24 hours ahead, style concerns should be reported within 24 hours, and clients should let the studio know in advance if they plan to bring someone along.
