Visits start with a complimentary, in-person initial consultation for general treatment planning. Skincare consultations can be done virtually or in the office. For candidates who are healthy enough for treatment, the team builds a customized plan that may combine several modalities. The number of sessions depends on each person and their goals. The business says all services are performed by licensed medical and esthetic staff and that clients are seen on time.

The body contouring menu includes Emsculpt NEO by BTL with Edge Applicators, Zimmer Z Wave Pro radial shockwave treatment, Cavi-Lipo ultrasonic cavitation, non-surgical laser lipo using light pads, MicroBLAST Fat Blast and the PQ Age Slimming Body Peel. Practitioners are assigned according to appointment time, and requests for a specific practitioner are not accepted. Guests who are not receiving treatment are asked to wait in the lobby, and children under 12 and pets (other than working service animals) are not accommodated. Purchases for services and retail items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice carry a fee of $100 for 15 to 60 minute appointments and $200 for appointments of 60 minutes or more. No-shows and cancellations made two hours or less before the start time are forfeited. Cherry point-of-sale financing is available for up to $10,000, at 0% APR subject to approval or a regular APR of 9.99% to 35.99%, for patients who are at least 18 with a valid U.S. driver's license and a bank-issued debit card.
