Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm, Friday and Sunday from 12 pm to 4 pm, and Wednesday by appointment; the spa is closed Mondays and Saturdays. Aesthetic appointments begin with a free 45-minute consultation, where clients choose the areas they want to address. Filler is offered for under eyes, cheeks, chin, jawline, smoke lines, midface and temples. The spa will travel to clients for booked parties. Cherry payments are accepted, but they add a 3-5% fee to the total bill, separate from any Cherry services.

Signature offerings include the Discover Your Glow Package, which is $2,000 for three syringes of filler and 50 units of Botox, saving $950, limited to one per client, and covering cheeks, lips or nasolabial folds, and the upper face. The Neck Gold Protocol is $1,000 per session and addresses neckline and skin integrity, including crepiness and loose skin, using two techniques; most clients need one to three sessions spaced 8 to 12 weeks apart. Vi Peel is offered in four versions, starting at $375, and Radiesse filler is available in 2, 3 and 4 syringe packages with savings noted on each.

The weight management program uses GLP-1 prescription medications such as tirzepatide, and it requires a three-month commitment. Monthly tirzepatide pricing is $399 for 2.5 mg and 5 mg, $499 for 7.5 mg and 10 mg, and $599 for 12.5 mg and 15 mg. A $75 non-refundable consultation fee does not count toward treatment. The first consultation must be in person at the West Linn clinic, and follow-up visits can be virtual; microdosing is available for specific situations. Clients need lab work from the past 90 days covering CBC, CMP, TSH, HbA1c, a lipid panel and vitamin B12, which can be ordered through the spa for a $128 flat fee and drawn at Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics. If a client qualifies, a prescription is ordered and can take 7 to 10 days to arrive.

The spa sells skincare from Alastin, SkinBetter and Epionce through its website, and clients must register with the spa to order. It also sells gift cards. For RN aesthetic injectors, it offers one-on-one training at the trainee's workplace or a chosen location, with the trainee providing models, covering neurotoxins, fillers, Sculptra, HD Radiesse, peels, PRF, IV therapy, microneedling, business insight and aesthetic records. It also offers mentorship for new injectors starting a practice, and medical director oversight for RN injectors in Oregon, which extends to estheticians who need a medical director for certain procedures and product orders.

The spa says it builds an individualized plan for each client, with transparent pricing, client education and an aim to enhance natural features rather than change them.
