Gigi Lund founded the studio after working in Bay Area salons, and it is run from its downtown Hayward location. The studio describes itself as a holistic skincare destination in the Bay Area. Its core offerings are facials, Hydrafacials, microchanneling, and injectables, with treatments adjusted to each client's skin needs.
The Acai Designer facial is open to first-time visitors and is considered suitable for pregnant clients. The Detox is a 60-minute deep pore cleansing facial for $165, designed for oily skin and acne flare-ups. It uses steam, salicylic cleansers, exfoliation, and serums, and ends with Blue LED light therapy. Hydrafacial treatments come in three tiers. The basic version runs 30 minutes for $199 and combines a peel, microdermabrasion, and a hydrating mask, using a vortex wand to clear dead skin and debris from pores. The Signature version is 60 minutes for $255 and adds LED light therapy, Cryo Power Peptide Masque, and a booster serum of the client's choice: brightening, anti-aging, or detoxifying. The top tier is 75 minutes for $325 and adds lymphatic face therapy before the treatment. The studio says Hydrafacial can be performed on all skin types, including very sensitive skin.
Procell Microchanneling is a 45-minute corrective procedure priced at $425. It is intended for fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, and facial rosacea. According to the studio, the Procell serum contains bone marrow-derived growth factors in a hyaluronic acid base. The studio says two to three sessions give more consistent results, and six or more may be recommended for scarring, loose skin, and wrinkles. Injectable options include Botox at $16 per unit, Juvederm at $750 to $1,000 per syringe depending on the area, Kybella at $1,300 per session, and vitamin boosters (B12, B complex, vitamin C, D, or glutathione) at $40 per unit. Upneeq eye drops for droopy eyelids are $225 per box for a 30-day supply. A Wegovy or Ozempic weight management program costs $250 for the initial consultation plus $850 per month.
Some treatments come with timing and health restrictions. The salon recommends waiting 7 to 10 days after Botox or filler before getting a facial, and at least 30 days after a peel before a Hydrafacial. Acid peels should be postponed for six months following Accutane. Procell Microchanneling is not suitable for people who are pregnant or nursing, have active acne or open skin, have used Accutane within the past six months, have a bleeding disorder, have a stainless steel allergy, or have a condition that significantly weakens the immune system.
Visits are by appointment only, Wednesday through Saturday; the studio is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise the card on file is charged 50% of the service price. Children are not allowed in the studio, and guests should not bring food, drinks, or pets. Physical and eGift cards can be used for skincare products and services but not injectables. eGift cards can be bought online at any time and sent by email right away or on a chosen date, while physical cards are sold in store during business hours.
The studio says its skincare is science-based and tailored to each client's skin needs.
