Consultations come first for several services. The options are a free virtual chat about hair goals, concerns and service choices, a color consultation, a hair care consultation (recommended for all new clients), a tape-in consultation (required before any tape-in service) and a wedding consultation. Cancellations and rebookings need 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Shorter notice is charged 50%, no-shows are charged 100%, and illness or emergencies are considered at the stylist's discretion. Invoices are due within 48 hours, and unpaid balances must be settled before new appointments can be booked.
