Skin care is a large part of the menu. Options range from an express facial and a teen facial to a customized facial, a 90-minute signature facial that opens with a back massage and acupressure points, and an oxygen facial using a Nue Skin Oxygen Infusion System. Microdermabrasion, epidermal leveling (formerly called dermaplaning, which removes dead skin and peach fuzz with a blade), LED treatments, and microneedling with collagen infusion using an automated pen with adjustable depth are also available. Six peel types are priced at $95 each and each includes a full facial. The lightening lift uses lactic acid and is suggested for sun damage and hyperpigmentation, the acne lift uses salicylic acid and is not suggested for people allergic to aspirin, and the wrinkle lift uses glycolic acid and retinol. Microneedling and peels are usually planned as a series.

Body and wellness services include massage in 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute lengths, assisted stretching for the upper body, lower body or both (the spa notes it is not massage), body wraps, a body peel for the back, arms or chest, and a cryotherapy menu covering cryo facials, body contouring, pain relief and eye treatment. Reiki, a private sound bowl session and an energy healing session are also offered. The energy healing session contains no massage and is given by a holistic practitioner rather than a licensed physician.

Most day spa services run about an hour, though some may be shorter depending on consent forms and pre- and post-care instructions. Consent forms can be completed online before the visit. To book, call the spa. Requests sent through the online form are not confirmed until staff call or email. First-time clients hold their appointment with a credit card that is not charged until after the visit, and cash or gift cards are accepted at the visit. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; a late cancellation is charged 50% of the service price, and continued cancellations may limit future availability. Clients running late are asked to call. Practitioners are independent contractors who set their own hours. Package deals cannot be combined with other discounts, and zero-percent payment plans are available, subject to credit.
