Most of the menu is built around gel work. The gel manicure, structure gel manicure, and Gel X extensions are all done in a solid color with a dry manicure technique that uses an E-file. Gel manicures take about 60 minutes, structure gel manicures about 90 minutes, and Gel X extensions about 135 minutes.

Nail art is sold in three tiers. The first tier covers lines, dots, and stickers, the second covers marble, cat eye, gold flakes, ombre, and French, and the third covers pixie, tweed, and 3D designs. Clients can also add imported high-end charms from Korea, priced by variation. Nail art on a solid-color service is an extra charge.

The salon also handles repairs and removals. Nail repair covers one or two broken nails, using Gel X extensions or acrylate gel depending on the damage. Removal is available for work done by the salon itself and for work from other technicians. Removing another technician's work carries an additional $10 charge when builder gel, hard gel, Gel X, or acrylic is on the nails before the appointment.

Booking policies: a 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval obtained before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.
