Savannah English owns the salon and does the work herself. K tip extensions are the service clients ask for most often, and extension consultations cover every type, including invisible weft. Haircuts range from dry curly cuts and layered razor cuts to pixies and long hair.

Visits include WiFi, beverages, and phone chargers. Clients who are returning have a waiting area with beverages and WiFi. Claudio's Bakery & Coffee offers food pickup at the building entrance, open to all guests. A quiet appointment option can be selected at booking or requested before the service begins. Pets are not allowed, and children's haircuts are not currently offered because the setup is not adjustable for children.

Payment is accepted in all forms, with cash preferred. Venmo, Zelle, and credit card payments carry a $5 electronic transaction fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace window for late arrival, after which appointments are rescheduled, and changes need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a charge of 50% of the service. Services received cannot be refunded, and pricing and timing vary by project depending on hair length and density.
