Fills replace grown-out extensions and top up the set. They are generally recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on natural lash cycle and aftercare, and suit clients who still have roughly 40 to 60 percent of their extensions. A full set is advised when four weeks or more have passed since the last visit, or when the remaining extensions can be counted. Mini fills are listed as 30-minute services but booked at 45 minutes, and suit clients who want weekly fills or who still keep about 70 percent of their set. Listed mini fill prices are $40 for classic, $50 for hybrid and $55 for volume.

To prepare, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, avoid waterproof mascara for at least two days beforehand, and skip energy drinks and coffee. Arriving a few minutes early is requested, since a late arrival cannot receive extra time without shortening the next appointment. Eyes must stay closed during the service to protect against adhesive irritation. The treatment room is kept between 68 and 70 degrees for the adhesive, blankets are provided, and clients may bring headphones for podcasts, audiobooks or music.

The studio describes it as vegan, pH balanced and oil free, and says it removes makeup, oil residue and dead skin cells. The studio's lash care advice is to wash lashes twice daily and after workouts with an oil-free cleanser, brush them to prevent clumping, avoid oils, mascara and waterproof makeup near the extensions, rinse with clean water after exposure to salt or chlorinated water, and not pick, pull or rub them.

Service recommendations are based on the desired look and how much of the existing set remains, with photos used to help choose between classic, hybrid and volume.

The treatment room is kept cool and comfortable, with blankets and room for headphones.
