Permanent makeup begins with a consultation, which costs $40 and is required before every permanent makeup service. Brows are measured and drawn on first, so the client can approve the shape before any pigment is placed, and the pigment is matched to the client's coloring. The website says brows are mapped to each client's face rather than stenciled. Brows and lips take about 2.5 hours, eyeliner about 1.5 hours, and topical numbing cream is provided during the appointment.

Healing is described in stages. The skin surface settles in about 7 to 10 days and full healing takes 4 to 6 weeks. Color looks darker and more intense in the first week, and light flaking is considered normal. Touch-ups are typically needed every 1 to 3 years as pigment fades. Removal of permanent makeup is available through laser or saline lightening treatments, and a removal session costs $80.

Booking is by phone or text at (816) 258-6872 or online through Vagaro. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and permanent makeup appointments need 7 days' notice. Deposits and services are non-refundable once provided. Venmo is preferred, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit cards and cash are also accepted. Permanent makeup is for clients 18 and older, children are not allowed at appointments, and before-and-after photos are shared only with client permission.
