AaliyahxSkin is run by its owner, Aaliyah Gutierrez Zavala, who holds a Colorado esthetician license and works as a permanent makeup artist. The studio says its goal is to help women and men feel comfortable in their own skin and to bring out features they already have.

The body menu covers the glutes, legs, arms, chest, back, abdomen, and full body. Glute Glow is a 30-minute suction-cup session that the studio recommends weekly for up to 12 weeks, and Ultimate Glute Glow adds wood therapy, cavitation, and radio frequency in 45 minutes. Limb Lift is a 30-minute contouring service, Tummy Snatch is a 50-minute abdomen treatment where weekly sessions give the best results, and The Body Renewal is a longer full-body session with dry brushing, sugar scrub, hot stone, aromatherapy oil massage, foot repair, and hot towel body creams. Six- and twelve-session Tummy Snatch packages are also available.

The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute Face Contour using gua sha, lymphatic drainage suction, and radio frequency to one-hour options such as a Gua Sha Facial, a Fresh Face Dermaplane, a seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte Facial, a Men's Signature Facial, and Fire and Ice. Fruit Fusion is a one-hour enzyme facial where clients choose pomegranate, pumpkin, pineapple, or blueberry enzymes. Dermaplaning can be added to any facial that does not already include it. The Green Sea Peel is a 45-minute liquid microneedling treatment that requires spicule pre-treatment starting two weeks before the peel date. It is not offered to clients with a shellfish allergy, clients under 18, certain dermatitis, or an impaired skin barrier. The studio describes it as suitable for all skin complexions.

Brow services include Brow Wax and Sculpting, Hybrid Brow Stain, which blends brow tint and henna and lasts about 10 days on the skin and six weeks on the hairs, and Brow Lamination, which sets brow hairs for a fuller look for up to 8 weeks. A 60-minute Hybrid Bundle combines lamination, waxing and sculpting, and the stain. Permanent makeup includes Ombre Brows, Nano Strokes, Hybrid Nano, Lip Blushing, and a Beauty Mark. A free in-person permanent makeup consultation can be used to plan brows or lip blushing. Touchups are priced by how long ago the work was done, with lower rates for clients who had brow work at AaliyahxSkin. Clients who had permanent makeup elsewhere must submit a photo first, and the owner decides whether she can continue the work.

Wax Wednesday offers a Brazilian for clients with a vulva at a lower price on Wednesdays only. Brazilian and bikini services are for clients 18 or older. Clients must pay a deposit of $5 to $50 to book, depending on the service. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and late clients are cancelled or asked to reschedule. A no-call no-show results in the card on file being charged. Extra guests and children are not allowed, and clients aged 15 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult for their first service. Animals are not allowed in the building unless they are service animals. Cards, mobile wallets, and cash are accepted.

The studio says it uses only high-quality products and aims to enhance the features clients already have.
