Visits start with the client's needs. Alyssa and the team plan treatments that fit into a client's daily life, and they explain why each product or treatment is suggested. Clients can also get guidance on what to do at home between appointments.

The massage menu includes sessions of 60, 90 or 120 minutes, a maternity massage with a pillow for face-down positioning, a 90-minute lymphatic massage, and add-ons such as cupping and gua sha. Wellness offerings include Reiki, craniosacral therapy, reflexology and a two-hour Nervous System Reset.

Facial options range from a men's facial with beard treatment to an essential facial with analysis, deep cleansing and a customized mask, and an anti-aging facial that includes a light peel. Chemical peels, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion are also offered, and a Corrective Skincare Program runs as a series of sessions after a 90-minute consultation.

Beauty services cover waxing for brows, lip, chin, arms, legs and back, brow tinting, and a lash lift with tint. Memberships give 20% off other services and 10% off products, with one rollover if a month is missed, and can be cancelled before renewal. The spa also sells skincare products through its online shop.
