A1 Massage

A1 Massage is located at Suite G of 13478 Carrollton Blvd in Carrollton. The business aims to give a relaxing massage experience to clients of any age, gender and nationality. Walk-ins are welcome. Online bookings are scheduled at least an hour ahead, and clients who want a sooner massage can call.

The massage menu includes Swedish massage, a full-body treatment built around long, soft kneading and light tapping combined with joint movement, aimed at relaxation and easing muscle tension. Deep tissue massage uses slow, sustained strokes that reach the deeper muscle and connective tissue, and is described as suited mainly to musculoskeletal concerns such as strains and sports injuries. Hot stone massage places heated stones over the whole body and includes them with any massage category booked on the website at no extra charge. Foot massage pairs 30 minutes of reflexology on the soles of the feet with 30 minutes of body massage.

The facial cleansing is a 30-minute treatment that cleanses, massages, exfoliates and finishes with a soothing mask. Listed massage and facial combinations run from 75 to 120 minutes, priced from $100 to $145. Couples massages are offered in 60, 75, 90 and 120-minute sessions, listed from $140 to $260. Single massages are listed at $45 for 30 minutes, $70 for 60, $85 for 75, $100 for 90 and $130 for 120 minutes.

On arrival, clients are asked to come in five minutes before their appointment. Requests or concerns can be shared with the massage therapist during the treatment. A stamp card gives a client a free 30-minute signature massage on the seventh visit after six stamps from business cards collected on earlier visits. Gift certificates are sold in $70, $100 and $150 values. An infrared sauna blanket is also available; it wraps the body and produces infrared heat. The business says it may help relieve minor muscle aches and lists relaxation, better sleep, stress relief and faster muscle recovery among its benefits. It is not recommended for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have heart disease, use a pacemaker or implanted device, have had recent surgery, or have a fever.

The business aims for a relaxing massage experience that is open to clients of any age, gender and nationality, with clients free to raise requests or concerns during the session.
