The owner has said that self-care is an essential part of a healthier, more balanced life, and that idea shapes the menu, which runs from massage and facials to yoga and sound baths.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. You can book online, through the spa's app, or by phone. First-time massage and facial clients complete an online intake form before the session, and facial clients submit a facial intake form in advance. Arrive no more than 10 minutes early, since late arrivals receive only the remaining time. Enhancements such as aromatherapy, cupping or hot stones can be added to a session without extra time if requested in advance. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card and Apple Pay, and tips can be given by cash, card or Venmo.

Classic massage includes Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal and couples sessions. Prenatal massage is offered in the second and third trimesters and is done side-lying, so pregnancy should be mentioned when booking. Couples massage is given in a shared couples suite and must be booked by phone, with no cost beyond the service chosen. Specialty massage covers Himalayan salt stone, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, magnesium treatment, Lomi Lomi, reflexology, Lotus Thai foot massage, traditional Thai stretch (listed as coming soon) and myofascial release. Specialty services can only be booked with the therapists who specialize in them. Reflexology can be paired with a Swedish or Reiki session. Stretch sessions are offered on their own or with a massage.

The facial menu includes Gentle, Citrus Lotus, Rejuvenate, Crystal Clear, Relaxation and Clarifying Back facials. Classic facials use Image brand products and include a skin analysis, steam, cleansing, exfoliation and, when needed, extractions. Massage and facial on the same day take place in separate rooms, and massage is recommended first. Pregnant clients may book the Gentle facial only.

Yoga classes and sound baths are small, with classes of 10 or fewer students and sound baths of 8 or fewer. The Friday 6pm Yoga + Sound Meditation class is held with Erika, and a sound bath takes place on the last Sunday of each month at 6:30pm. Both require advance online sign-up and have a waitlist when full. Sound baths are sold per session, while yoga has 4-class and 8-class packages. Mats can be rented for a small cash fee. The building has no elevator, and the yoga and sound bath studio is on the third floor.

Guided by the owner's view that self-care supports a healthier, more balanced life, the spa aims to keep quality high at accessible prices. Clients may ask their provider to adjust room conditions or technique during a session.

Treatment rooms are spread across two floors, with a couples suite and a small studio for yoga and sound baths upstairs.
