Erika leads the therapists at A Touch of Serenity, where she has worked since 2023. She is available Monday and Tuesday from 2pm to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 6pm. Her offerings include Swedish massage, prenatal massage, Reiki and reflexology, plus Magnesium Massage Treatment, and reflexology can be paired with a Swedish or Reiki session. She graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York, and trained in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi bodywork on the Big Island. She has been a Reiki student and practitioner for more than a decade. She is a certified yoga instructor (CYT), and she continues to study yoga and sound healing. She leads the Friday 6pm yoga and sound meditation class and the monthly sound bath on the last Sunday at 6:30pm. Her teaching is patient and gentle, well suited to beginners.
