Skincare is a large part of the menu. Facials run from a mini facial to the Red Carpet Rejuvenation Facial. The Blemish LED Facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam, blackhead extraction and an LED panel treatment, and the spa suggests repeating it about every four weeks. The Vitamin C Facial uses a thermal organic mud mask, seaweed patches and a heated-mitt hand treatment. The Restore & Replenish and Red Carpet Rejuvenation facials both include microdermabrasion on the face and neck, extractions, red light therapy and a heated-mitt hand treatment, with different masks in each. A Sensitive Skin Facial is also offered, and microdermabrasion, red light therapy and a Rose Glow Treatment are available on their own.

Two membership programs lower the price of regular services. The massage club has no long-term contract and no enrollment fee, and it can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Unused massage sessions roll over for up to one year from purchase, and one additional person per household can use the membership discounts. The skincare club saves up to $50 on services each month and $20 on each facial. Members also receive a free eyebrow or lip wax, which cannot be swapped for another service, $10 off eyebrow or eyelash tints, and 25% off products. The mini facial takes only the club rate and the product discount.

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro. The spa is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Wednesday. Gift cards can be bought year-round at the club rate. Online gift cards are sold only for a dollar amount, so cards for listed specials must be bought by phone or in person.
