The provider builds a personalized plan that reviews the treatment options available, and the plan begins with a look at the client's current skincare routine before any new treatments are layered in. Complimentary consultations are offered for all skincare services with the clinicians. Consultations can be booked through the online system.

The menu is grouped into several areas. Skin Revival covers the signature Revive Facial, a Revival Diamond Glow Hydrofacial, a teen facial designed for adolescent skin, and dermaplaning. Advanced Skin Revival adds chemical peels, micro-channeling, a needle-free bio-stimulator called PRX, and Age-Jet, a nitrogen plasma treatment. Injectables include neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify, priced per unit, and dermal fillers. The business says neuromodulator results are typically seen within two weeks. Age-Jet may cause redness and peeling over a few days, with downtime from a few days to a week depending on the energy used, according to the business. Lash and Brows covers extensions, lifts, tints and brow lamination. Wax services are offered in soft and hard wax, with packages available. Sunless spray tanning is offered as a single session or in 3- or 5-session packages. Booking is done online for individual appointments, memberships, packages and gift cards. A credit card number is requested to hold each appointment. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows without notice, carry a $50 fee. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for paperwork, since late arrivals shorten the treatment. Spray tan clients are asked to come with clean, dry skin and no lotion, oils, deodorant, perfume or makeup. Unopened products bought with a dated receipt can be returned within 14 days. Opened products cannot be returned, except items returned for an adverse reaction after a consultation with a technician. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday through Friday with shorter hours on Thursday and Friday, and Saturday by appointment only; it is closed Sunday and Monday. Parking is available on site, and a garage sits behind the building.

Treatment plans begin with the client's existing routine and build in new treatments only after reviewing all the options available.
