The massage menu runs from a 30-minute Express Swedish session to a 90-minute Warm River Stone massage. Deep tissue massage is offered in 30, 60 and 90-minute sessions, and prenatal massage is designed for guests past their first trimester. Reflexology can be added to any full massage. The facial menu ranges from a quick express facial to LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and glycolic acid treatments, with options for teens 15 and under and for men. Hair removal is priced by area, from cheeks and chin to full legs, and hair services cover cuts, color, blowouts, perms and braids. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, acrylic enhancements and dip nails.

Booking has a few set rules. Clients should arrive 15 minutes before their appointment, and late arrivals may have their time shortened while still paying the full charge. Appointments after 6:00 pm carry a $15 after-hours charge, though late appointments can be requested. New clients and anyone booking multiple appointments are asked to guarantee them with a credit card or prepayment. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, or the full service is charged. Cell phones should be turned off during visits, and children should not be brought in.

Gift cards can be bought online, and balances can be checked on the website. Gift certificates expire six months from the issue date and cannot be exchanged for other services. Gift cards donated for charity or auction are valid only for the named service and are not eligible for upgrades or changes.
