Glow operates from two suites, at 2740 Hardy Street in Venus and 1221 W. Belt Line Road in Cedar Hill, and takes clients by appointment only on Wednesdays through Saturdays. New clients, and anyone who has not visited in six months, are asked to book a consultation first. A first visit includes a facial designed after an assessment of skin needs and a treatment plan, and treatments are tailored to each client's goals.

Peel treatments cover the face, neck and body, and every client has a consultation before any peel is done. The products come from several lines: GlyMed, BioRePeel, PCA Skincare, The Perfect DermaPeel, and the Cosmelan Depigmentation system. Most peel plans usually run as a course of three sessions.

Injectable services include Jeuveau neurotoxin for lines between the brows, forehead, crow's feet and chin, and for masseter reduction, usually about 10 to 15 minutes per session. Hyaluronic acid fillers from Juvederm, Revance RHA and Restylane are also available, with the filler choice based on a facial assessment. Sculptra Biostimulant is given as a series of injections, with a consultation offered beforehand.

Face Reality is an acne program that pairs medical-grade skincare with in-suite corrective treatments and a customized regimen. Weight management covers semaglutide and tirzepatide, described as FDA-approved medications, and requires an annual good faith exam reviewed by a licensed medical professional. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with some 0% APR options subject to eligibility. A major credit card is required to book and is kept on file.

Treatments are customized to each client's needs and personal goals, and new clients start with a skin assessment and a plan before their first facial.
