Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice for appointment changes. Since November 28, 2023, new clients booking color services pay a $100 deposit, and existing clients who have rescheduled two or more services within 24 hours of an appointment are subject to the same deposit. The salon says it considers illness when applying its schedule change policy.
