The Palos Heights location has a Himalayan salt cave. A 45-minute session costs $35 and is offered six days a week. Seniors, students, military members and first responders pay $25 for a session on any day, but the discount must be mentioned before paying and cannot be combined with other discounts. Hot stone and prenatal massage are also available. Prenatal sessions start after the first trimester, at 12 weeks or later; clients with high-risk pregnancies must first provide a doctor's note. Reflexology works on reflex points in the feet and costs $55 for 30 minutes or $85 for an hour.

Facial treatments include microdermabrasion, hydradermabrasion and chemical peels. The Customized Facial runs up to 60 minutes for $90 and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a short upper body massage, and a masque and moisturizer chosen for the client. The European Spa Facial runs up to 75 minutes for $120 and adds skin analysis, a deeper exfoliation, an eye and neck treatment, serum and SPF. The Eyelash Lift & Tint at $99 semi-permanently lifts and tints natural lashes, with results lasting approximately four to six weeks. Eyebrow lamination is also available.

Most services can be bought in packages of five or ten at a lower price, and group rates or custom packages can be arranged through the front desk. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals have their treatment shortened to stay on schedule, and the full fee still applies. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services unless the spot is filled from the wait list. No-shows are charged the full price. Gratuities are not included and are left to the client; cash tips can go directly to the therapist or esthetician or be left at the front desk. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized.
