The spa is owner-operated and offers facials, waxing and hair removal, and eyelash and eyebrow treatments. The spa says it was voted best facial in New Hampshire in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Facials range from a 45-minute mini or men's facial to an 80-minute Estheticians Choice Facial that adds paraffin hand treatment and a leg and foot massage. Each facial is adjusted to the client's skin type. Micro-current facials use low-level direct current and are usually booked as a series of six to twelve treatments, which the spa says gives the best results. Intensive resurfacing treatments are also offered.

Waxing is priced from a starting amount for each area, and the area and time needed set the final price. Eyebrow and eyelash tinting and eyebrow shaping are available.

Services are by appointment only. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full appointment. Late arrivals may have their session shortened, but the full session is still charged. Hours are Monday 11am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm, with Saturdays closed in July and August. The spa is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Each facial is customized to the client's skin type, and longer facials leave more time for treatment suited to the client's skin care needs. Education on skin care is part of visits.
