Ash Alchemy describes its mission as offering modern wellness rooted in nature, intention and care. Its stated core values are intentional care, support for the nervous system, organic and mindful practices, an inclusive and welcoming environment, and wellness without pressure. The spa says that care is never rushed and never one-size-fits-all.

About

The menu covers several areas. Massage options range from a customizable Alchemist Massage, which can include deep tissue and hot stones, to Reiki-infused full-body massage, prenatal and postnatal massage, and a couples massage. Skin services include the Alchemist's Facial, a clarifying back treatment, and a buttocks treatment, along with two-hour signature experiences. Many massage and skin services are Reiki-infused. Foot soaks, lash and brow work, and waxing are also offered, and Reiki sessions run 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

The two-hour signature experiences are Awaken Your Inner Light and the Divine Masculine Treatment. Awaken Your Inner Light may include infrared sauna time, an oracle card reading, and a Reiki-infused facial or back treatment. The Divine Masculine Treatment begins with infrared sauna time and continues with a simplified facial, a back treatment and upper body massage. The infrared sauna is part of some signature treatments. From Ashes also opens with infrared sauna time, followed by a 90-minute Reiki-infused massage using its own aromatherapy blend.

Foot soaks come as a 30-minute soak, a 45-minute soak with 15 minutes of massage, or a longer soak with 30 minutes of massage, with add-ons available. The soaks blend medicinal herbs with aromatherapy. Facials use Eminence Organics skincare.

The spa is open Monday from 9am to 7pm, Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and Sunday from 9am to 3pm. Gift cards work toward any service and are sold year-round.

Treatments are built around nature, intention and support for the nervous system, using organic-forward products and oils and herbs selected for each treatment. Waxing is offered with a comfort-first approach.

The spa says its treatments are meant to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
