The service menu is grouped into color, hair, scalp, styling and treatment. Color starts at $125 for about two hours. Partial Custom Color starts at $255 and takes about three hours, and Full Custom Color starts at $355 and takes about four hours. Embracing Gray Transformation, for clients moving through gray hair, starts at $500 and takes about five hours.
Haircuts begin with a conversation about the client's goals. The Corrective Haircut opens with an in-depth consultation on hair history, goals and a plan. Women's Haircut includes a personalized consultation, shampoo, head massage, cut and blow dry. Smoothing Treatment comes in a standard version and a longer or thicker hair version.
Booking involves a deposit. New guests pay 50% of the selected service before an appointment is approved, and that amount is applied to the total. Deposits can be sent by Venmo, Zelle or Cash App. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; otherwise 50% of the appointment total is charged to the card on file, and same-day cancellations or no-call no-shows are charged the full amount.
For color appointments, the salon asks clients to arrive with clean hair and minimal product, without root spray or dry shampoo. Adjustments are made only within five days of an appointment and only when needed to match the consultation result, with the guest paying for product.
