Appointments are the main way to book, and each client has reserved time. A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and is applied to the balance of the services booked. Rescheduling needs 48 hours notice, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice carry a 50% fee. Gift cards can be purchased on the booking site. The business is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Lash extensions are applied strand by strand with medical grade adhesive. Full sets and partial sets are offered, along with bottom lashes, a lash lift and a lash tint. Facial options include dermalinfusion, which can be layered with a chemical peel, dermaplaning, a quick silk-style peel called skin polish, a VI peel and microneedling. A three-visit dermalinfusion series is sold as a package. Other offerings include a high frequency scalp treatment and a Boss Beard Treatment, which pairs a skin polish with a tailored mask, high frequency and a facial and scalp massage.
