Booking requires a valid credit card on file. Payment is accepted in cash or by credit card; Cash App, Zelle and Apple Pay are not accepted. Clients have a 10-minute grace period after their start time, after which the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and late fees may apply. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, or on the same day, carry a cancellation fee. Appointments outside business hours may cost extra. A no-call, no-show results in full payment for the service and a ban from future booking. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments.

Brow work follows a plan: after the first Ombre' Powdered Brows appointment, clients return within 8 weeks for a follow-up. Powdered brow clients must be 18 or older. Clients who use retinol, Retin-A, AHA, BHA or other vitamin A products are asked to stop before brow wax services.

Lash extensions are maintained with infills booked every two weeks, or every three weeks depending on lifestyle. After four infills a new full set is booked. Foreign lash fills are not accepted, so a lash removal is needed first. Remaining balances for lash services are due in cash only.

Walk-in brow appointments are offered on Fridays from 2pm to 7pm for both new and existing clients. Walk-in clients pay in cash. The studio also runs training courses on Mondays. Courses require a non-refundable deposit at booking and the balance in cash on the training day. Sessions start on time, and arriving 30 minutes late incurs a $25 late fee. Courses are split into two halves, and non-refresher courses need a live model for the second half. Services and trainings are non-refundable and non-transferable. eGift cards are sold through Square, and memberships are offered.

Treatments are built around Dermalogica and Elemis products, with a structured brow plan and a set lash-infill schedule.
