Each appointment is built around a consultation, a dry cut, a lesson on products and styling, a take-home packet and, depending on the service, a personal styling video. The same stylist stays with a client for the whole visit, from cutting through cleansing, styling, hand-drying and teaching.
New clients upload a photo before their first appointment so the salon can recommend a service. Clients can also send a photo of their curls for a free recommendation, with no charge.
