Newcomers usually begin with the Curly Cut Experience, a first visit used to look at the hair, talk through goals and set up a customized plan.

Services cover curl education, natural hair care, healthy hair treatments, silk presses and dimensional color. The space is a small private suite, so only booked guests enter unless someone has been cleared ahead of time, and sessions stay quiet and concentrated. Before coming in, guests should have their strands untangled and cleared of thick product such as oils, butters, styling gels, edge products, waxes or residue. If that prep has to be done on site, a surcharge or a change to the appointment may apply. Appointments include a 15-minute buffer; anyone arriving after that may be asked to rebook or have their visit modified.

Services take a healthy hair-first approach that includes education on caring for hair at home.
