A Beautiful Chaos is a one-chair suite salon in Eagan, run by Chrissy, who is also its stylist. It is located inside The Hygge House at Diffley Road. Because it is a single chair, each appointment is with Chrissy directly.
New guests begin by filling out a short form about their hair history and goals, so the right service block can be matched to them. After submitting it, they receive a confirmation email explaining how to secure an appointment.
Guests can expect a few small comforts during appointments: complimentary drinks, the option to play music of their choice, phone chargers and free wifi. Shampoo includes a head massage. Service Blocks and Express visits include a personalized styling lesson and guidance on caring for the result at home.
After Hours appointments are available on Friday evenings, weekends and Mondays. These are requested through a form listing preferred dates, times and services, and the salon replies within 24 hours to say whether the requested time is open.
The salon describes its aim as offering the highest level of guest satisfaction. Adjustments that a guest is not satisfied with may be requested at no additional charge within 7 days of the appointment. Results that need multiple sessions, as discussed during consultation, are not counted as a redo. Refunds are not offered for services rendered. Children are not permitted, so guests are asked to come alone.
Booking terms ask clients to confirm or cancel at least 48 hours ahead. Cancelling or rescheduling with less notice than that carries a fee of 50% of the scheduled services, and no new booking can be made until that fee is paid. Prepayment may be required after a second cancellation, and a no-show requires payment of 50% of the missed services before rescheduling. Clients more than fifteen minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and a late fee may be added for repeated late arrivals.
Each visit begins with a consultation, and services are matched to the client's hair history and goals.
