Each facial is built around the client's skin. A visit starts with an intake form and consultation, then a skin analysis and facial assessment, and then a customized treatment plan. That plan lists recommended services, how often to come in, and homecare guidance.

Professional skin care products are sold through an online shop, and gift cards are available. Formulas come from Circadia and professional Korean skin care brands, and vitamin C and mandelic acid are listed as staple products. Scalp and beard treatments need no shaving for 48 hours beforehand. Loyalty program members who log in receive 10% off services and products.
