Wedding clients are asked to book a trial consultation at least one to two months before the wedding and to confirm the date is open first, since popular summer and early-fall weekends can fill a year or more ahead. A wedding date is held once a signed bridal contract and a $100 nonrefundable deposit are received, and that deposit goes toward the wedding-day total. Consultations are booked and paid for separately from the wedding day, and separate travel fees may apply if consultations fall on different dates or at different locations. Hair and makeup can be booked for the bride, the wedding party, family and guests. For large parties the lead stylist may bring an assistant.

Appointments for most standard services run in 45-minute slots. Longer sessions are set aside for ultra-glam makeup, Hollywood-style waves and clip-in extensions. The lead stylist generally takes on seven or eight services a day, which leaves room for unhurried visits. Before booking, guests can talk through options in a free 15-minute consultation held over video or at the salon.

Color work ranges from gloss and glaze and lowlights to partial and full highlighting, global lightening retouches, root touch-ups, color removal and fantasy or vivid colors. Haircutting is unisex, and a dry, curl-by-curl scissor cut is offered for curly hair. Gift cards are available.
