The practice was founded by Kiria Vallina, a nurse practitioner who worked in clinical practice in the Houston area for years before opening the business. Services are organized into facial care, body contouring, regenerative and functional medicine, holistic wellness and signature programs, so a client can build a plan that covers several areas.

A new client begins by filling out a private inquiry form, after which a dedicated specialist reaches out to plan care. The first consultation is complimentary. Locations are open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

Facial treatments are combined into custom protocols that start with an AI skin analysis. Body contouring visits begin with body mapping, which records measurements and photos of the starting point. Regenerative plans start with a lab panel of blood and hormone markers and include quarterly check-ins to adjust the protocol.

The four signature programs bundle several services into one plan: Total Glow Experience for skin, Body & Mind Detox for nutrition and body therapies, Beauty & Balance for women who want hormone and metabolic evaluation with coaching, and Intimate Female Health for private consultation and follow-up care.
