Hair services cover precision and razor haircuts, custom color, foil highlights and lowlights, balayage and foilyage, perms and texture work, and a vegan hair smoothing treatment. Color clients can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation, in person or virtually, before any color or chemical service. Neck and bang trims are complimentary for current clients returning within six to eight weeks of their last visit.
The salon offers private, cosmetic, non-surgical hair restoration for people dealing with thinning or hair loss, including loss linked to chemotherapy or radiation, alopecia, trichotillomania, male and female pattern loss, hormonal causes, and other medical causes. It provides cosmetic services only and does not diagnose or treat the underlying causes of hair loss. A one-hour in-salon hair solution consultation costs $100, is a non-refundable deposit toward a hair loss solution, and is required for questions about purchasing products or installation options. Hair systems start at $100.
The salon describes its hair restoration as going beyond a traditional wig boutique by combining salon artistry with hair-restoration expertise. Silent appointments are available on request, with no small talk during the service. Cancellations made 24 hours ahead without rescheduling within the week incur a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% fee.
The salon describes its approach as fitting the hair system to the client, rather than asking the client to fit a pre-designed system.
