Every service begins with a look at the client's skin that day, and the plan is chosen from there. Quoted prices are starting points, and the final price depends on what the skin needs on the day; the client is told the quote before anything begins. The studio says it does not sell packages a client has not asked about and does not use scripted upsells. Clients can ask questions, pause, or stop a treatment at any point. Treatments are performed by a Licensed Cosmetologist working within scope, and anything medical is referred out rather than performed at the studio. A secure health form must be completed before the appointment.

Facials are customizable corrective treatments built from enzymes, acids, dermaplaning and high frequency, with options such as extractions and a peptide serum finish as add-ons. Chemical peels range from superficial to mid-depth and deep, using Rhonda Allison peels for resurfacing, collagen support and evening tone. Skin lightening addresses hyperpigmentation on the underarms, inner thighs and intimate areas for clients 18 and older. Waxing uses hard wax for the face and body, and nail services include hard gel overlays, pedicures and gel pedicures. The studio also sells products and gift cards.
