Head spa sessions are the core of the menu. The Basic 45 is a shorter option that focuses on scalp health and cleansing, with aromatherapy, acupressure, scalp massage, two rounds of deep-cleansing shampoo, conditioner and a refreshing rinse, plus a complimentary snack, tea or coffee. Longer packages add extended massage sequences, steam and a Water Halo feature, and the Ultimate experiences add sound therapy, a Gua Sha facial massage and Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. Clients dry off at a self-drying station or with professional drying by staff after rinsing.

The Basic Facial + LED is a 45-minute multi-step facial that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates, and the 24K Gold Facial uses gold-infused products or sheets. Organic options include an Organic Facial with LED LightWave and Eminence Organic facials, along with 30-minute express versions.

It is offered to men with or without beards.

Booking in advance online or by phone is recommended, especially on weekends, because head spa slots fill quickly. Walk-ins are accommodated when possible. The Midtown location offers street parking and nearby parking structures, and e-gift cards are sold on the website.
