The menu is organized into designs, fills, full sets, lengths, manicures, pedicures, quickie services, popular services and one-on-one nail classes. Nail designs are not included in standard service prices and are charged separately, so the base price and the design price are added together. Designs range from minimalist and French styles to chrome powder, pixie crystals and 3D art, and removal of a permanent design, including encapsulated designs or acrylic color changes, is also offered. Spanish is spoken at the salon.

The salon is open Wednesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and closed Monday and Tuesday. Sunday visits are by appointment only. Walk-ins are accepted, but booking ahead is recommended because weekly appointment volume can limit availability, and appointments can be made through the website. Parking, credit card payment, Wi-Fi and a child-friendly space are available, and only clients receiving services may be inside the salon. Gift cards and service packages are offered, along with a loyalty program.

Policies to know: clients have a 9-minute grace period after their appointment time, and a late fee applies at 10 minutes or more. An appointment may be cancelled if a client is more than 15 minutes late, and this is treated as a late cancellation with fees. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window are charged 60% of the booked services, a no-show is charged 100%, and all services are non-refundable. Concerns about a service must be reported within 48 hours. Soak-off is available only to existing clients, and the salon does not remove work done by another salon or technician because of the possible use of MMA liquids. Fills done at another salon carry a $15 transfer fee.

The salon also runs mentorship programs and training opportunities for beauty industry entrepreneurs. Its one-on-one nail class is priced from $350 and lasts four and a half hours, and students can choose five topics such as natural nail care, acrylic enhancements, gel polish, Gel-X, manicure and pedicure techniques, nail art and business management.
