The salon was founded by Judy Tuttle-Wurth, who also works there as a stylist. Its stated belief is that great hair is a confidence booster, and it says it brings together a curated team of top-tier hairstylists in Houston. Clients can book cuts, color, treatments, styling for special occasions and hair extensions.

Pricing varies by stylist, so clients are asked to check with their stylist for individual prices before a service. Every service includes a complimentary shampoo and daily conditioner. An additional charge may apply for extra-thick, long or highly textured hair, and women's cut and style carries an extra charge if curling or flat iron work is added. Some services require a credit card to reserve, the salon has a 24-hour cancellation policy, and services that need a consultation take a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to $100.

The space is modern, upscale and open in layout. The reception area has several seating options and offers complimentary coffee, bottled water and champagne. Stylists work with professional-grade shampoo bowls and dedicated color mixing stations, and the salon carries professional haircare products its stylists recommend.

The salon also leases chairs and floor stations to independent stylists. Chair rentals include high-speed Wi-Fi, payment processing and all utilities, with on-site management and an on-site laundry service. Stylists are offered ongoing education, a personalized web page, social media placement and Google Ads exposure.
