Pricing is set by level and reflects each stylist's experience, education and demand, so clients are asked to call for current prices rather than check a published menu. The coloring menu covers women's all-over single process color, men's color and cut, highlights in a little or a lot, balayage, and color correction, with a blowout or cut added on. On Trend Coloring is a color transition service that comes with either a blowout or a cut. Glo-Out is a customized gloss paired with a blowout, intended as a refresher between appointments; gray coverage or significant brightening requires a color or highlight service instead, and custom color requires a consultation first.

Extensions are offered in volumizing, lengthening and full-service options. A complimentary consultation is available for Great Lengths, Halo Couture and Hand Tied extensions, and every extension service needs a consultation before a personalized quote is given. Clip-in extensions require a color matching consultation, and a haircut is recommended to achieve the desired look.

Clients are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes early. Appointment reminders are sent by text or email 24 hours ahead. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice carries a $25 charge on the card, and no-shows are charged the full total of booked services. The salon says it makes no exceptions to the cancellation policy, and appointments may not be held if a client arrives more than 20 minutes late. Online booking requests ask for a card on a follow-up call; it is not charged but is held against cancellation charges or past-due balances. The salon is open Monday 9am to 6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 8pm, Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm, and is closed Sundays.
