Massage at Fells Point includes deep tissue, Swedish, couples and sports therapy. Stretch therapy is available as a one-on-one session or added to any massage. Facials move through a double cleanse, skin analysis, a hot towel, steaming, extractions, an enzyme exfoliation mask, a hydrating mask and facial massage, using Reilo and Seed Skincare products along with seasonal cleansers. The Dermaplaning Facial removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz.

Beauty services include waxing for women and men, with soft wax for larger areas such as arms, legs, back and chest, and hard wax for sensitive areas like the bikini line. Makeup options are natural makeup applications, natural glam applications and personalized makeup lessons. Spa Days pair a 60-minute massage with a facial, booked solo or with friends, with a choice of Swedish or deep tissue massage.

Booking works by reserving with prepayment, which confirms the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and a later reschedule carries a $50 fee. Guests who arrive late get a 10-minute grace period, and the service may be shortened to keep the schedule on track. Refunds are considered case by case for unavoidable emergencies.

Gift cards are sold as e-gift cards delivered by email. Digital codes are 16 digits and are sent by email or by call or text so the business can apply them to a reservation. Physical gift cards must be brought to the appointment for payment, and gift card holders book through the Members Only option. Corporate wellness is offered on site with 10, 15, 20 or 30-minute massage sessions, plus meditation and yoga.
