Business hours are set by day: the studio is closed on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, open Tuesday 9 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday 1 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 2 PM and Sunday 9:30 AM to 1 PM. Booking has a few set rules. A 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, and a deposit is required when booking after a no-show.
