The shop keeps its cuts simple and works from the style the client describes. Each cut is finished with clean edges at the hairline and neck, and the barber checks the result with the client before they leave. Most cuts take about half an hour. Around four barbers work each day.
The interior features gold-trimmed black walls, gold mirrors, black barber chairs, and ceiling lights shaped like hexagons with LED bulbs. According to the salon, the shop is kept very clean, and customers can use a restroom on site. It operates every day from 9 AM to 9 PM, including weekends.
Walk-ins are welcome and are served first come, first served, so appointments are not required. Clients can also text the shop to book, or call, and the shop assigns a barber based on walk-in traffic.
