The facial menu is the core of the business. A Customized Facial runs about 1 hour 10 minutes and starts with a full skin analysis and a treatment plan. It includes double cleansing, exfoliation, facial lymphatic massage, a targeted serum, and a choice of neck and shoulder massage or scalp massage. Other facials are built around particular goals: an Anti-Aging Facial for mature or dry skin, a Clinical Aging Facial with precision exfoliation and barrier-repair serums, a Gentlemen's Facial designed for men's skin, a Dermaplane Glass Skin Facial, a seasonal Bright and Tight Facial with dermaplaning, a firming peptide masque and oxygen therapy, and a HydroFacial suited to all skin types.
Chemical peels are offered as a custom peel for clients who have been cleared for treatment and have prepared with homecare. Before a peel, clients are asked to avoid direct sun and tanning beds for 7 days, and to stop retinol and AHA or BHA exfoliants for 5 to 7 days. Microneedling and peels may need to be rescheduled for active cold sores, sunburn, open wounds, infection or a severe acne flare, and clients should wait at least 2 weeks after microneedling before other facials, waxing, laser treatments or peels. Acne Protocol appointments begin with a consultation.
Clients who are unsure where to start can book a one-on-one virtual consultation, an online hour covering skin concerns and a custom plan. Clients who book one receive a $50 credit toward products. Dermaplane can be added to any service for $40, and the studio also offers Microchanneling, lash fills and permanent jewelry for celebrations, milestones, birthdays, bachelorettes and everyday wear. Permanent jewelry events and parties are booked by phone. Skincare products are sold online, with local pick-up available for online orders.
Treatments begin with a skin analysis and are matched to each client, with clear pre-treatment and aftercare guidance for peels and microneedling.
