Visits are by appointment only. Every waxing appointment begins with a personalized skin consultation covering skin type, history, sensitivities and desired results, and ends with aftercare guidance; every first-time waxing client also receives aftercare products. The studio uses hypoallergenic waxes chosen for each client's skin needs, and states that it sterilizes its tools and uses fresh disposables for every client. Clients with sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions are asked to come in for a patch test 48 hours before their appointment.

Waxing covers the body, face, brows and intimate areas, with soft wax, hard wax and sugaring available. Body waxing ranges from $18 for nipples to $85 for full legs, Brazilian and bikini waxing from $48 to $68, and facial waxing from $15 for ears, lip or nose to $65 for the full face. A pregnancy-safe wax is also offered, and clients may book Brazilian and bikini waxing during their period.

Brow services include mapping, shaping, waxing, regular and hybrid tinting, and lamination, with combination options such as brow wax with tint and lamination with hybrid tint. Brow shaping starts at $27, and lamination, a perm treatment that stretches brow hairs, starts at $80. Hybrid brow dye is a custom pigment color that lasts 4 to 10 days on skin and 3 to 8 weeks on hairs. Korean lash lifts lift natural lashes into a curl without extensions, take about 60 to 75 minutes, and last 6 to 8 weeks; each one includes a tint and a deep-conditioning, bond-repair treatment.

Custom airbrush spray tans are tailored to skin tone, undertones, lifestyle and desired result, in rapid and regular formulas. The process takes less than 30 minutes according to the studio, and an optional sweat-proof sealant can extend the tan. Clients are asked to remove makeup, lotion and deodorant beforehand. Hours are Monday 10am to 6pm, Tuesday 11am to 8pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 8pm, and Friday and Saturday 9am to 4pm, with Sunday closed. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late changes are charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
