The spa is in downtown Tulsa on the ground floor of the historic Elizabeth Manor building, next door to Brut Hotel. The site describes its focus as physical wellbeing, personal growth and inner peace, and its aim as supporting wellbeing through intentional care, respect for others and attention to natural rhythms.

About

Massage options run from a 25-minute Wellness Massage up to 85 minutes, with Olympian Massage, hot stone, ashiatsu barefoot massage and side-by-side couples massage also available. Facials include the Elizabeth Manor Signature Customized Facial, Eminence Goddess Customized Facial, Luna Magica Facial Massage, a regenerative facial with dermaplaning, and a seasonal Autumn Ritual Facial. Body treatments include a Botanical Back Facial and an 85-minute Elizabeth Manor Signature Body Treatment. Short add-ons such as gua sha, dermaplaning, herbal oil scalp massage, aromatherapy and organic hand or foot renewal can be added to most services for an extra 15 minutes each.

Yoga and movement include one-on-one and two-person private sessions, a small group yoga nidra session for one to three people, a 60-minute all-levels Grounding Yoga Flow class and a 45-minute express mat Pilates class, both held in the Juniper Room. The Juniper Room also hosts a sound bath. A co-ed sauna is available for 30 or 60 minutes on its own, and sauna sessions are included with the booking of any wellness service.

Clients receive a robe, slippers and a locker for treatments and the sauna. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, or 30 minutes early if they plan to use the sauna or shower first. Cancellations need a call 24 hours ahead to avoid a late fee, and the full treatment fee applies to no-call, no-shows. Gratuity is not included in package prices. The spa has no elevator, so guests with accessibility needs are asked to call ahead.

Spa parties can be planned for birthdays, bridal showers, girls' getaways and wellness retreats. They include signature wellness services and use of the private sauna, with a seasonal food and beverage menu. Quote requests go by email and should list the guest count, the services wanted, and whether charcuterie and champagne are included. Gift cards are sold through the website.
