The menu covers facials for teens, acne-prone and hormonal skin, anti-aging, hydration and HydraFacial treatments, plus lymphatic drainage. Dermaplaning exfoliates the face with a blade and must be booked with a facial; it is not recommended for clients with active acne. The teen facial, for ages 10 to 18, includes a consultation before treatment at no extra charge. The Acne-Prone and Hormonal Facial uses the IS Clinical Fire and Ice Facial, which the business describes as having no downtime. Brow waxing and semi-permanent brow tinting and lash lifts are also offered, along with acne and micro peels.

Spa hours are Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 5pm, with the final booking at 4pm. Saturdays are by appointment only, and the spa is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. A card on file is charged the full service price when an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before its start time. When a day is fully booked, clients may phone to ask whether an opening has come up. Gift cards are sold in $125 and $200 values. They can be redeemed within 12 months and must be shown when the treatment takes place. Several cards can be applied together toward a service or bundle priced above a single card's value. Treatments are performed by one licensed esthetician, with skincare lines and procedures chosen to fit each client.
